Each item on the clean eating food list promotes optimal nutrition and detoxification, helping you feel your best throughout the process. Whenever possible, select organic, local, and in-season produce, and always double-check ingredient labels for unwanted additives.
Fruit: Fresh, unsweetened, frozen or water-packed fruits, as well as fresh-squeezed juices, are encouraged. Enjoy whole fruits, including:

Note: Dried fruits are okay in moderation but be aware that they are still very high in sugars (albeit natural sugars). You can also reconstitute them by soaking in water to add moisture content back in which will cut down on their often constipating effects.
