Malted “Milk” Shake


1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup coconut meat (either from a young thai coconut or organic shredded dried coconut flakes with an additional 1/2 cup water)

1 tablespoon almond butter 

3 dates, pitted or a few drops of stevia or 2 teaspoons coconut nectar to taste

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Pinch of sea salt

If using the Clean Kit, add 1 protein packet

If you're not using the Clean Kit, add 1 serving of rice, hemp or pea protein powder.



Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy.
