I am having headaches and caffeine withdrawal. What do I do?
Drink lots of water, get ample rest, and up your intake of magnesium, either in capsule form or take Eliminate.
Some find that drinking green or yerba mate tea can help. They are both allowed on the Clean Program. Epsom salt baths and massage also help.
If your caffeine withdrawal symptoms become too strong, put your Cleanse on pause by eating only from the Cleanse Diet for one to three days without having the Clean supplements and shakes. As soon as your symptoms are gone, you can jump back into the Program.
