Pre-Cleanse Day 1 - “Take out the Trash”

It’s time to get your home and kitchen ready for the Clean Program. Start by taking inventory of what you have in your fridge and cupboards and remove the items that aren’t on the Elimination Diet. Then begin stocking up on foods that you’ll need for your Pre-Cleanse and 21-day cleanse.   

Remember, the foods you will be eating during your program are the approved and non-approved foods on the Elimination Diet. For a breakdown on the Elimination diet, check out your Clean Manual or cleanprogram.com/support.

Take Action

  1. Go through the foods currently in your kitchen and weed out those items which may tempt you to stray from the Elimination diet (i.e. processed cookies, etc.). These items can be moved to a less accessible or less visible area where they won’t tempt you, or you can simply throw them away.  
  2. Clear a space for your blender and keep your kitchen tidy and clean. This will help ensure that your meal preparation is smooth and timely.
