How do I maintain my results?

Congratulations on completing your 21 Day Program!

While you transition back into your normal diet it is important that you slowly reintroduce foods to feel out how they affect your system.  Since you have been on a largely allergen- & toxin-free diet you should be a little more sensitive to how different foods affect you.  We recommend that you try to take about 24 hours for each new food.  This way if you do have a sensitive/allergic reaction, however slight, it should be more noticeable and then you can gear your diet around that food item accordingly. It's all about finding what works best for your body and health goals.
