Mango Avocado Salad

This refreshing salad combines a very nice sweet taste that will be the perfect snack or light lunch option for warmer days. 

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped

1 large avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp cilantro leaves

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

 

Directions:

After you have the mangoes and avocado's chopped and pitted, simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve. Note that you will want to eat this dish fairly soon after it's made as it won't stay fresh for an extended period of time.
