Here are some simple shakes you can make which can make the taste more palatable than just mixing our products with water.
Clean Shake 1 (calories: 117.5)
4 large ice cubes
1 Scoop of Nourish
1 Scoop of Move
Add 8 ounces of purified water
Blend
Clean Shake 2 (calories: 242.5)
4 large ice cubes
1 Scoop of Nourish
1 Scoop of Move
Add 8 ounces of coconut water
A handful of frozen blue blueberries or raspberries
Blend
Clean Shake 3
4 large ice cubes
1 Scoop of Nourish
1 Scoop of Move
Add 8 ounces of almond milk, rice milk or hemp milk
A handful of frozen blue blueberries or raspberries
1 tea spoon of almond butter
Blend
w/ almond milk: (267.5 calories)
w/ hemp milk: (287.5 calories)
w/ rice milk: (347.5 calories)
