Is Chewing Gum Allowed?
Good question, as chewing gum can be a great way to moderate sugar and food cravings if that is a challenge for you. Right off the bat - No, that is, not "regular" chewing gum as it's full of sugar, additives, and artificial whatnot.
However, upon running a Google search on "organic sugarless gum" there seem to be several varieties using stevia and xylitol. We do like Spry gum and there are sure to be some that don't contain anything on the "exclude" list, and those would be OK to use while cleansing.
