Cinnamon Rolls for Breakfast

Imagine this treat without any guilt and in a glass! This is delicious, nutrient rich and protein packed with just the right amount of spice.  If you’re not using the Clean kit protein, use flax meal for additional fiber and you can either use a hemp, rice or pea based protein powder for your protein source.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk (unsweetened and organic)

1 cup coconut water

1 teaspoon flax meal OR 1 scoop Move

1 Clean protein packet OR  1 tablespoon protein powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 pinch sea salt

2 teaspoons vanilla extract (alcohol free)  or 3 pitted dates

1 tablespoon pecans

Stevia to taste

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
