Gut - Chocolate Ginger Shake

(Serves 1)

1 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1 1" piece of ginger, peeled and minced finely (save any juice that comes from it) or 1 tablespoon ginger powder
1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom
1 heaping tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
1 heaping tablespoon almond or cashew butter (sunflower seed butter works too) 

1 Clean kit or Daily Shake packet of shake mix
stevia to taste

Blend until smooth and creamy.
