I haven’t lost very much weight on Clean Gut

Instead of using weight loss as the main measure of success, ask yourself the following questions. The answers to these questions will be a better indication of how the Gut program is working.

How are you sleeping?
How are your bowel movements?
Have digestive issues or bloating been reduced?
Do you have sustained energy throughout the day?
Are you more thoughtful and conscious about your food and lifestyle choices? How’s your mental clarity and mood?
