What is the Daily Cleanse Protocol?

BREAKFAST

Cleanse ShakeBlend 1 Clean Shake Packet in unsweetened almond, rice or coconut milk, frozen fruit, and any other items that are Clean approved. 

Tip: Blend in half an avocado or a tablespoon of almond butter. For extra flavor add in cinnamon, nutmeg or other spices.

Supplements: Take one Cleanse Supplement Packet + 1 Cleanse Probiotic capsule with your smoothie.

 

LUNCH

Prepare a hearty solid meal from the Cleanse Diet. This is your main meal. Get the most out of it by including dark greens, healthy fats, and quality protein. A good lunch has a protein portion ie: grilled salmon, some brown rice or quinoa, cooked veggies or salad and some fruit afterwards.

Supplements: Take one Cleanse Supplement Packet 

 

DINNER

Cleanse Shake: Blend 1 Clean Shake Packet in unsweetened almond, rice or coconut milk with frozen fruit and any other Clean approved items.

Tip: If you must attend a social or business dinner, you can swap your lunch meal with your evening shake. Just be sure to get back on your shake, meal, shake routine the next day. This is fine to do but no more than 3 times during a 21 day Clean program.
