What if I forget to take the supplements with a meal?
No worries. Just continue with your Cleanse. There is no need to double up on them the next meal. Instead, we suggest that you add an extra meal to the end of your Cleanse for every group of supplements you’ve missed.
Example: If you forgot to take your supplements twice during the Cleanse, you’d add in two solid Cleanse Diet meals on day 22, and take your supplements with those meals.
