How often should I do a cleanse?

We recommend doing the 21-Day program once a year and the  7-Day Cleanse 1-3 times a year. In addition, you can try:

Cleanse Diet Reset: Eat only from the Cleanse Diet for seven days. It’s amazing how just the Cleanse Diet will do wonders for your health. Feel free to include a Daily Shake as well.

1-Day Break: Have a Clean shake for breakfast, lunch from the Cleanse Diet, and a Clean shake for dinner. This 1-Day Break will give your digestive system a rest and boost your energy.
